The Opportunity 

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Centre Director to work alongside a supportive team. You’ll oversee the daily operations of a large service, mentoring your team, and focusing on continuous improvement across the centre. With off-the-floor roles for support in enrolments, compliance, and admin, you’ll have the autonomy to share ideas and help drive the service’s growth.

Requirements 

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or higher 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience leading large team 
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and National Regulations 
  • Excellent communication with both families and educators 
  • Current Blue Card and National Police Check
