With well-designed indoor and outdoor spaces, and supported by qualified educators, a Centre Director, Admin, 2IC, and Operations Manager, it offers a warm, nurturing environment that builds confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning through strong relationships and individual growth. 

The Opportunity 

In this Educational Leader role, you will guide and support educators to deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences. You’ll oversee curriculum development, mentor staff, promote best practices, and ensure a nurturing environment that fosters children’s holistic development. You'll work to strengthen team collaboration and engage families to support each child's growth and wellbeing.

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care 
• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements 
• Current Working with Children Check 
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
