It follows a play-based approach within thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor environments, supported by an experienced centre director, operations manager, and qualified educators. Together, they foster a warm, nurturing space that builds confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. 

The Opportunity 

The Assistant Director will play a key role in supporting the Centre Director with the daily operations of the centre. You’ll be backed by an experienced Centre Director, Educational Leaders, and administrative team, as well as a highly experienced Area Manager with over 30 years in the industry.

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care 
• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements 
• Current Working with Children Check 
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
