A vital part of the community, this small early learning service provides high-quality education and care for children. It offers a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children, families, and educators are truly valued and supported. 

The Opportunity 

This full-time Centre Director role involves overseeing operations, educational quality, compliance, and team culture, while building relationships with children, families, and the community. You'll be supported by an Office Manager, an Area Manager, an Operations Manager and direct contact with Head Office. You’ll also have the autonomy to lead a well-established service that values professionalism, teamwork, flexibility, and ongoing learning.

Requirements: 

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA Approved equivalent) 
• Recent Leadership Experience 
• Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification     
• Ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and staff     
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with a collaborative style
