This welcoming early learning centre is part of a caring education community, offering a calm and inclusive environment with strong educational roots. It’s a warm, nurturing space where children’s curiosity and creativity are embraced, encouraging a love of learning, while friendly staff gently support each child's growth through dedicated leadership, consistency, and quality practices that emphasise respect, community, and the happiness of both children and educators.

An opportunity to lead a well-supported early learning centre, providing direction across operations, compliance, and educational quality while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.

Requirements: 

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education 
• Current Working with Children Check 
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain) 
• Previous experience as a Centre Director, Nominated Supervisor, or in a senior leadership role 
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements 
• Confident leadership, communication, and team management skills
