The Centre 

This is a family-owned early learning centre based in the inner North of Brisbane that has a strong emphasis on holistic development and emotional wellbeing. The service follows a play-based approach within well-designed indoor and outdoor environments, supported by qualified educators who focus on relationships, mindfulness and individual growth. Family engagement and a nurturing, structured setting underpin the centre’s commitment to building confidence, curiosity and a positive foundation for lifelong learning. 

The Opportunity 

As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the centre. You will be supported by an Educational Leader, 2IC and Admin. As well as a highly experienced Area Manager who has worked in the industry for over 30 years.

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care 
• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements 
• Current Working with Children Check 
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis 
• Previous experience as a Centre Director, Nominated Supervisor
