The Opportunity 

This full-time Senior Centre Manager role involves overseeing daily operations at two inner-city early childhood centres, ensuring safe and engaging environments, educational quality, compliance, and team culture, while building relationships with children, families, and the community. You'll be supported an Area Manager, experienced staff and direct contact with Head Office.

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Education and Care 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills   
• Understanding of service leadership, staff management, and community engagement   
• Current Blue Card and up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training    
• Strong understanding of the EYLF and QKLG
