With dedicated rooms, a landscaped outdoor play area, and a large indoor space, it supports children's development through play-based experiences. Staff are supported with ongoing professional development, research-backed curriculum guidance, and a strong leadership team dedicated to continuous improvement and high standards. 

The Opportunity 

As Centre Director, you'll oversee daily operations, deliver quality care, support staff, foster strong relationships, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement, all in a safe, engaging environment. You'll be supported by an experienced management team and educators.

Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care 
• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements 
• Current Working with Children Check 
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis 
• Previous experience as a Centre Director
