The Centre 

Located in Brisbane’s inner north, this family-owned early learning centre offers a supportive and welcoming environment with well-designed indoor and outdoor spaces. The service has a strong focus on relationships, individual development and creating a genuine sense of belonging for children, families and educators, with support from an experienced Centre Director, Admin, 2IC and Area Manager. 

The Opportunity 

As Lead Educator, you’ll take ownership of your room and lead the development and delivery of learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards. You’ll work closely with your team to plan and evaluate meaningful programs, support quality practice and create an inclusive environment where children feel safe, supported and valued.

Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care 
• Current Working with Children Check 
• Current First Aid and CPR 
• Commitment to ongoing professional learning and development
