The Centre  

The established Early Childhood Centre in Pallara provides a warm, welcoming environment where children can explore, create, and build confidence through play. With strong leadership and a focus on wellbeing and positive relationships, the centre helps children feel comfortable and ready for their next learning step. 

The Opportunity  

As the Lead Educator of the nursery room, you will work alongside one other educator with 8 children within the room. The role includes leading curriculum planning, mentoring educators, and fostering an inclusive environment that supports each child's development. You will also work with a supportive and hands-on Centre Director who is always helping in the rooms for extra support.

Requirements 

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)  
• Strong knowledge of early childhood frameworks (EYLF, QKLG, NQF)   
• Confident in documenting and assessing children’s learning   
• Collaborative spirit and leadership skills   
• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)  
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
